Job duties of the team include but are not limited to: Leading the architecture, design, development and deployment of end-to-end network , IP, and IT monitoring solutions.

Managing various vendor commercial and support relationships and ensuring that operational service levels are maintained in line with customer needs.

Understanding and implementing network and service management aligned with industry best practices.

Maintaining relationships with vendor solution and service partners to grow and evolve solutions in support of key business initiatives.

Continually reviewing products and services in support of technology transformation and emerging technologies.

Establishing and maintaining organization, processes and technology platforms that support high quality, high availability and responsiveness to customer needs.Enterprise Core Competencies Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.Minimum Required Advanced leadership & management skills, including strategic thinking, self-awareness, and empathy.

Understanding of Wireless Network Architecture, Technologies and concepts.Working knowledge of managerial accounting and statistical analysis.Strong demonstrated technical writing and presentation skills.Able to lead research and publication of technical papers.Strong proficiency with MS Office.Strong proficiency for organizational/team goal setting.Strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills.3 + years experience with common IP Management solutions.7+ years technical management experience in a large corporate IP, IT or Wireless Service provider networking environment.7+ years experience in budget forecasting and budget tracking with a high degree of accuracy.7+ years experience creating and presenting technical and financial business cases to senior management.7+ years skilled at management of RFI/RFP process, capital acquisitions and contact negotiations.7+ years effective organizational objectives/goal setting and achieving experience.Desired3 + years experience in IP development, deployment and operations.Strong programming and scripting skills.ITIL training.CCNA/equivelant certification Desired Education Minimum Required Masters/Advanced Degree10+ Yrs of experience in lieu of MS.

Obtains quotes and negotiates purchase for vendor supplied SW/HW and system features per T-Mobile requirements.Financial/Fiscal Responsibility: Contributes to budget development and implementation, manages resources to ensure final financial objectives are met within own area.

Prepares and presents business cases and feasibility analysis to directors and senior leadership team to gain approval of capital expenditures and allocate resources.
