What you’ll be doing...

Develop, drive and own GTM activities including program development, branding, campaign structure, collateral pieces, and best practices to ensure successful IOT solution launches.

  • Develop and implement IoT programs and workshops for the IoT Practice, VTI, VES, WBG and Markets.
  • Drive awareness and education of IoT products, solutions, and programs to Practice Team, VES, WBG and Markets
  • Drive, initiate, and support events, activities and programs across all channels
  • Interact directly with Marcom, CRM team, Workforce Development & Sales Teams to implement IoT marketing & messaging initiative
  • Develop IoT Campaigns to promote and grow IoT vertical products and IoT solutions
  • Meet aggressive deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and working in a faced paced dynamic customer and team-oriented work environment
  • Collaborate and engage cross-functionally with other departments throughout the company to analyze issues and to recommend/implement programs/process improvements
  • Develop materials for VZ IoT events, customer meetings, webinars and activities
  • Create, manage and refine presentations and reports that showcases the IoT strategy, message and performance across all LOB

  • Develop customer facing initiatives and events to drive awareness and growth of IoT

Implement Marketing Plans with effective internal communications programs and comprehensive online resources to support National sales that drive objectives for IoT Solutions group.

  • Interface with the multiple channels within Verizon and Verizon Wireless to ensure that information is efficiently and effectively delivered as appropriate throughout the organization. Ensure appropriate information posted on chatter, Linkedin and other social media outlets

Work with Marcom to drive IoT Messaging and Marketing elements throughout organization

Develop, drive and own marketing and training materials needed for IoT Field Sales and IoT PracticeTeamsto help drive IoT sales and meet revenue targets.

Identify and develop marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives for IoT and drive sales through coordination, planning, development, and distribution of various sales tools and tradeshows.

  • Work with partners to develop compelling demos for show participation. Manage partners’ participation, develop show notes, tracking booth schedules and travels, and ensuring that all aspects of our presence are coordinated.

What we’re looking for...


  • BS/BA Marketing/Education or equivalent

  • 7+ years of relevant experience

  • Relevant IoT product and industry knowledge

  • Proficiency in Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong professional, business, and interpersonal skills

  • Superior collaboration skills: Ability to work with different people across a team effectively and organize and galvanize the team to action with clear direction and leadership

  • Excellent decision-making and leaderships skills, and possess the ability to motivate and lead various groups to achieve organization objectives

  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills

  • Strong Power Point and Excel skills, understanding of SQL and Databases a plus

  • Experience working with capital and revenue budgets a plus

  • Photoshop and creative marketing skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail oriented, ability to excel in a fast paced environment, deadline driven

  • Ability to manage highly complex cross-functional projects/initiatives

  • Excellent writer and marketing strategist

  • Experience working in or extensively supporting a B2B sales-oriented work environment

  • Strategic and analytical thinker

  • Demonstrates strong leadership and managerial skills

  • Proven success in vendor relationships/management

  • Ability to be flexible with changing business needs

  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple assignments, with strong attention to detail
