For more information, please visit (please use the apply button below) are seeking a Producer to work within the Creative Merchandising and Store Design team, to lead creative and design development of retail concepts and associated 3D elements. This includes strategic or new concept development, individual project management (Signature stores, prototypes, market tests, etc.), fixtures and displays, and all new and updated concept standards playbooks. Exceptional project management skills are essential along with deep knowledge of retail marketing and creative design development.The Producer is a natural leader who will collaborate closely with creative and production teams while managing project communications and expectations across teams. This person possesses strong leadership competence and is laser focused on meeting business needs while upholding brand, creative and customer experience standards and excellence. This person will see projects through from brief to production handoff, and make sure every team understands the role they play and the expected timelines, budgets and deliverables. The person in this role must continually collaborate across teams to be the definitive point person on all projects. Experience working cross-functionally and under demanding (and constantly shifting) deadlines and parameters is a must. This position requires someone who has a drive and passion for their work, as well as, a track record of leading, taking responsibility, solving problems, and thriving in a high-pressure, consensus driven environment. Able to develop and maintain clear, concise documentation. Able to maintain all workflow, internal reviews and schedules across multiple stakeholders and departments.Minimum10+ years retail marketing, creative/design management, producer/account management experience Experience leading creative development and production process for retail creative deliverables and managing cross functional teams (creative, visual merchandising, engineering, production, marketing, sales) Strong understanding of fixture program design, engineering, construction and materials Knowledge of supplier management, space planning, visual merchandising and consumer electronics, a plus Desired The ideal candidate will have previous multi-channel marketing experience, and account management or project management experience at a design firm, ad agency or in-house marketing communications or creative services department. 3D prototyping experience and experience in consumer electronics is also an added plus.
