As a Traffic Manager you will play an essential role in ensuring both the internal creative team and external creative agencies execute efficiently and flawlessly across all creative requests. As a member of this fast-growing team, you'll get to work on a wide variety of projects and ongoing tasks. You must be flexible, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to bring a sense of calm during times of chaos. Your natural instinct is to fix process where you see inefficiencies and you understand that creative teams often work in a world that is not black and white and you can navigate those grey areas. Managing creative is both an art and a science and you believe you speak the language fluently!YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: At parties-once you have a cocktail in hand-you'll tell people you're inspiring the digital transformation of T-Mobile, bringing the brand to life in ways you never thought a big consumer brand would let you. When they ask how you landed such a sweet gig, you might list qualifications, like: Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years formal project management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume marketing, advertising or design agency. Experience working on multiple projects at a time, within tight deadlinesA highly-motivated self-starter with the ability to manage a creative project from start to finish Proficient knowledge of general office products like Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Skype for Business. Project management tools such as Basecamp, Workfront, Jira, Microsoft Project. Working knowledge of Adobe products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to partner, collaborate with and lead a diverse range of resources and personalities with distinct perspectives.

Preferred experience with: Working for a digital design shop or agency with teams such as UX, Copy, Design and Production.Working for or within a large consumer brand, retail or eCommerce company.

Education: Bachelor's Degree required YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role you will be responsible for: acting as a liaison to project stakeholders, coordinating and scheduling creative resources, managing and optimizing the workload of individuals creative team members as well as external agency capacity, flagging potential problems in the project schedule or resource base which could impact the end deliverable(s), providing regular communication and updates to various departments, coordinating and ensuring the on-time and orderly flow and delivery of all creative projects and contributing to weekly team status meetings. You should be a person who naturally enjoys the collaborative process and working with others while takingownership for the efficiency and qualityin our day-to-dayworkflow. As a Traffic Manager on the digital creative team, we'll trust you with: Assisting the Director of Creative Operations in managing intake of all digital creative projects and assignments, validating requests, and working with the creative team leadership to allocate resources both internally and with external agency partners.Managing creative workflow of all active projects, identifying timeline impacts, resource dependencies/conflicts and deadlines.Keeping a pulse on new technology and workflow tools to increase efficiency and communication across teams and agencies. Supporting Creative Operations team leadership with various administrative and support tasks, like occasional expense reports, travel, meeting coordination and documentation. Special assignments-no two weeks will be alike in this role, which will always keep it interesting!
